Gun Control Laws

Each state has and should have the right to set the gun regulations for each state. The only Federal Mandate is that the Feds should uphold the 2nd Amendment and make sure that the States don't violate it also. Like here in Texas as it should be in each and every State. If the elected politicians pass laws that the electric do not agree with , they can vote them out and replace them with representatives that share the majorities views. That is the way this country is supposed to work. The majority rules. What has happened is that the minorities are forcing their opinions onto the majority. They seem to have the money to buy the needed number of politicians to do their biding along with the National Media on TV and in Print. If things continue the way they are currently going it won't be that many years before we are just like Europe, a Socialist Nation with the majority of the population not contributing anything only taking from Society. At that point we will start to flounder and will surely fall into a deep rescission that only can be compared to the 1930's Depression.
